Terms of service

These policies are established on the principles of transparency, fairness, and justice (Adl) in trade, as taught by the Sunnah.

Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Integrity and Truthfulness in Description (Sidq)

The Prophet (PBUH) said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option (to cancel it) until they part. If they are truthful and clarify (the defects), they will be blessed in their transaction. But if they conceal (the truth) and lie, the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out." (Bukhari & Muslim)

Accurate Representation: We commit to providing accurate and truthful descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. We strive to highlight all essential features and disclose any known defects or limitations (Ay'b).
Amana (Trust): We treat all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction (Amana).

2. The Right of Option (Khiyar al-Majlis)

The two parties (seller and buyer) have the right to revoke a contract as long as they have not separated from the 'place of contract' (which, in e-commerce, is determined by the final confirmation and payment).

Order Confirmation: The contract (Bay') is finalized upon your explicit confirmation of the order and completion of payment. Once confirmed, the sale is binding, subject only to the following conditions.

3. Price and Payment (Riba Prohibition)

All prices displayed are final prices, agreed upon for the sale, excluding shipping (which is specified separately).
We operate strictly on a non-interest (Riba-free) basis. No interest or delayed payment penalties will be charged on any transaction.
